What is a Create Activity credit?

One credit creates one custom illustration that is successfully generated and delivered to you.

Do unsuccessful generations use a credit?

Provider or API failures, genuine safety blocks, canceled requests, and technical failures that do not deliver an illustration use no credit. Once an illustration is delivered, it uses one credit even if you choose to generate another version.

When do credits renew?

Included credits renew on your monthly Stripe billing date and do not roll over.

Can I create unlimited programs?

Yes. Active members can create, save, print, and download unlimited programs using the HAP Builder and HAP Library.

What happens if I cancel?

Access and the current period’s remaining credits continue through the end of the paid billing period.
